HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SHARE MARKET: Sensex closes a tumultuous day 179 points higher, Nifty reclaims 18,300, and Latent View falls 10%.
Share Market Today LIVE: In a choppy session on Wednesday, Indian market indexes Nifty 50 and Sensex gave up early gains. Globally, investors continued to be cautious, as shown in major markets, ahead of a crucial US inflation figure that is scheduled for release later today and may provide additional insight into the direction that interest rates may go in the largest economy in the world.
With Dr Reddy's Labs, Godrej Consumer Products, Larsen & Toubro, Bosch, and Gujarat Gas scheduled to release their financial results later in the day, the final phase of the corporate earnings season remained in the spotlight in the Indian share market.
